Founded in October 2021, it is located in Dafeng Economic Development Zone, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. It has a plant of 30,000 square meters and a total investment of 500 million yuan. It is mainly engaged in SMT OEM and PCBA production and processing, DIP plug-ins andThe company provides a one-stop solution integrating post-processing of manual welding and coating. At present, the company's SMT workshop covers an area of ​​about 4,700 square meters, and the DIP workshop covers an area of ​​about 3,000 square meters. The second phase reserved workshop area is 20,000 square meters. It currently has 4 SMT double-track placement machines NPMD3 and 3D-AOI.The total patch output value is 15 million points/day. PCBA Factory (Shenzhen)
Since its establishment in 2013, the factory has been committed to providing customers with one-stop wireless data communication solutions.After 12 years, the factory now has two R&D centers in Shenzhen and Xi'an, and a self-owned intelligent manufacturing center measuring over 10000㎡.The manufacturing center will officially adopt the MES system in 2022, which will enable the company to steadily advance its digital factory construction with a focus on precision, value-added manufacturing.

The factory has a 100,000-class purification lead-free production workshop, 6 high-speed SMT production lines, and a daily production capacity of up to 7,200K chips. The production line configuration includes: PCB loader + printer + SPI thickness inspection machine + YAMAHA placement machine*2/3+reflow soldering + AOI. There are also 2 dual-wave lead-free automatic soldering production lines, with a monthly production capacity of up to 500K+. On the 3 unit production lines, 15 Litepoint wireless test devices and 60 wireless signal shielding box workstations are respectively equipped, along with multiple functional test fixtures. This enables the semi-finished products to be intelligently tested for data calibration, MAC writing, and product functionality, providing real-time quality assurance for every product.
